Rosa Prestia Cascardo
I have owned and operated my own legal practice specializing in real estate transactions since 1997. Prior to that, I practiced law in the the real estate department of several major NYC law firms, including Sullivan and Worchester, Warshaw Burstein Cohen Schlesinger & Kuh and Golenbock and Barell. Currently, I continue to represent many NYC purchasers and sellers of condominiums and cooperative apartments. I am special residential real estate counsel for Herrick Feinstein, LLP.
Most recently, my focus has been on residential and commercial purchases and sales, however I have represented numerous residential and commercial lenders in the financings of residential properties, as well as the financing of construction of shopping centers, office buildings and residential complexes. I have also have extensive retail leasing experience.
I received a Juris Doctorate in 1987 from New York University Law School and graduated, cum laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University in 1984.
I was raised in Brooklyn, NY but most recently, I have been a resident of Lindenhurst and currently of Sayville, NY.
I am also a licensed real estate broker and a real estate investor. I believe that my relevant knowledge, education and varied experience will provide you with the best representation you can find.
